A Private Aviation SaaS Platform
JetEdCo is a private SaaS platform I built for jet broker training and lead management. Unlike the marketing-focused work in the rest of this portfolio, JetEdCo represents a ground-up software build — a complete system designed to train brokers, manage leads, and automate the quoting process for private jet charter.
Quoting Tools & Quote Engine
At the core of JetEdCo is a private jet quoting engine that I designed and built from scratch. The system includes:
- AI-Powered Intake: An intelligent intake system that captures trip details through conversational AI, extracting departure points, destinations, passenger counts, and trip preferences
- Aircraft Category Presentation: After intake, the system presents relevant aircraft categories to the client — from light jets to heavy cabin, each with specifications, imagery, and range capabilities
- Range-Based Pricing: Dynamic pricing logic that accounts for aircraft type, route distance, fuel costs, and operational factors to generate accurate ballpark quotes
- Haversine Distance Engine: A haversine formula-based calculation engine for computing great-circle distances between any two airports, used as the foundation for range validation and pricing calculations
- Destination Selection Tool: An interactive selection interface that helps clients and brokers identify departure and arrival airports, factoring in FBO availability and aircraft suitability
User Systems & Workflow Automation
Beyond the quoting engine, JetEdCo includes full user management, authentication systems, and workflow automation tools. Brokers can log in, manage their pipeline, track client interactions, and move deals through defined stages — turning what was previously a manual, spreadsheet-driven process into a structured digital workflow.
Broker Training Platform
The training component of JetEdCo provides educational resources and structured learning paths for new and aspiring jet brokers. This bridges the gap between knowing the aviation industry and knowing how to actually broker charter flights — something that has traditionally been learned through apprenticeship and tribal knowledge.
Current Status
JetEdCo is currently being asked to undergo a rebrand and website redesign. The partner portal continues to operate at partners.jetedco.com, serving active users of the platform.
