Aviation Industry

Marketing technology, digital growth strategy, and operational solutions I've built and delivered across the private aviation industry.

Project 11

FlyStratosphere

What FlyStratosphere Is

FlyStratosphere.com is a private aviation platform covering the full journey: regional and jet charter, aircraft ownership and management planning, acquisition advisory, and destination travel. It extends the Stratosphere brand I created into a live, working digital business, connecting with Stratosphere Living for the villas, transfers, reservations, guides, and excursions waiting when a client lands.

The positioning is personal coordination over call-center brokerage. One advisor from the first call through wheels-down, with regional knowledge running deepest in South Florida and worldwide charter sourcing across nine aircraft categories, from turboprops to ultra-long-range jets.

Designed, Developed & Optimized by Hand

Like AirMedHub, this is my own build. I personally designed the brand and interface, developed the site, and wrote the content architecture: service pages for each charter category, ownership and management explainers, safety standards, and destination pages with typical flight times from South Florida to places like the Bahamas and New York.

I also built the search engine optimization program and the AI search optimization profiles for the platform. The site is structured so that when someone asks a search engine or an AI assistant about private charter from South Florida, aircraft categories, or what ownership actually costs, FlyStratosphere is positioned to be the answer.

The Custom Itinerary Lead Form

The centerpiece of the platform is a custom itinerary booking lead form I built from scratch. It walks a visitor through three steps: the mission (route and dates), the aircraft (comparing categories), and the details that prepare the request for review.

Under the hood, the form is tied to airport databases and travel math. When a visitor picks an origin and destination, the system calculates the route and returns rough planning estimates, estimated private jet flight ranges and approximate pricing bands per aircraft category, based on current market rates. The visitor gets an instant, honest answer about what their trip looks like, and the platform captures a qualified lead with route, dates, passenger count, and aircraft preference already defined.

Built to Inform, Then Convert

The form sets expectations correctly: quoted ranges are approximate planning figures, and final pricing comes after aircraft availability is confirmed with the operating carrier. That transparency is deliberate. In a market full of instant-quote gimmicks, the platform leads with safety standards, named aircraft categories with real range numbers, and a documented process, then asks for the conversation.

FlyStratosphere ties together everything in this portfolio: the brand work from Stratosphere Living, the platform thinking from TheJetFinder, and the same design, development, and AI search playbook I run across every aviation property I own.
